About me
 

I was born and raised in France and hold triple citizenship in France, Italy, and the UK. I earned a double degree in Business and Engineering from Politecnico di Torino in Italy and Pole Leonard de Vinci (now EMLV) in Paris.

In 2002, I moved to the UK to start a career in manufacturing and supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry, sparked by an earlier university placement at Italian Labs Recordati in France.

I worked at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (now Pfizer) in various roles, including Supply & Logistics Officer, New Business Controller, and Project Coordinator in their packaging unit. In 2005, I joined Chugai Pharmaceuticals in London as a Project Planner for R&D clinical trials.

From 2008 to 2012, I lived in Japan, where I coordinated a project to harmonise operations between Chugai and Roche for global clinical trials. I then returned to the UK to lead Chugai Pharma Europe’s vendor, outsourcing, and compliance activities as R&D Operations Manager.

In 2013, I became Deputy Compliance Officer, focusing on R&D Compliance and data protection. I led efforts to implement a global training system, merge clinical archiving with R&D operations, and establish a UK Data Protection team. By the end of my tenure, I was heading Chugai’s EU Data Protection Office, harmonising processes and ensuring GDPR compliance.

In 2023, after 20 years in the UK, I moved back to Europe and founded Compharmity, a consulting firm specialising in Project Management, Data Protection, and Compliance for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
